Agreement

By downloading and using Frame Photos, you agree to these terms. Frame Photos is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are an indie developer providing best-effort support.

License

Frame Photos is free to download and try. Paid features require a one-time purchase or an optional subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your license is personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable and is also subject to the terms of the store where you obtained it. Apple and Google process purchases separately. Cross-store access applies only when we explicitly offer it and the purchase is linked to the same eligible signed-in Frame Cloud account.

What Frame Photos does

Frame Photos enables you to transfer photos from a supported Apple or Android device to Samsung Frame TV models over your local Wi-Fi network, organize albums and collages, control Art Mode, and run fast slideshow or Party Mode features. The app requires your device and Samsung Frame TV to be on the same Wi-Fi network.

Compatibility

Frame Photos supports Samsung Frame TV models from 2017 through 2026. Compatibility may break if Samsung changes the TV firmware or API. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all TV configurations, firmware versions, or network setups.

Interoperability

Frame Photos connects to Samsung Frame TVs via a reverse-engineered local Wi-Fi protocol. It accesses devices the user owns on their own network, which is permitted under standard interoperability exceptions to the DMCA and similar laws.

Limitation of liability

Frame Photos is not affiliated with Samsung. Samsung, Frame TV, SmartThings, and related marks are trademarks of Samsung Electronics. Frame Photos is not responsible for any changes Samsung makes to their TV firmware or protocols.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase. Contact Apple Support for App Store purchases or Google Play Support for Google Play purchases. We do not control either store’s refund decision.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
